School Zone

All students who permanently reside in the school zone (as described below) have the right to attend Whatawhata School. This is determined on the sighting of two valid documents as proof of address. All documents must be current and dated within the month of your child starting school.

Whatawhata School Zone - Written Description

The Eastern boundary of the scheme is at 486 Whatawhata Road, All of Howdens Rd, the end of Taitua Rd, not including houses adjoining Wallace Rd. Also forming the eastern boundary is 199 Lindsay Rd, 164 Laxon Rd, All of Perkins Rd and all numbers from 949 Horotiu Rd. The scheme includes all of Brown Rd and all houses up to 346 Blacketts Rd.

The Northern most boundary of the scheme is all of Karakariki and Saeger Roads.

To the West the scheme boundary is 2063 State Highway 23, 280 Old Mountain Rd.

To the South the scheme boundaries are Waikoha Rd and 1525 Te Pahu Rd. The scheme also includes all of Eyre Rd, Kakaramea Rd from 2142 and all of Walsh Rd.
